Berezowsky Nicolai Papers,(1929-) 1933-1953
Nicolai Berezowsky (1900-1953) was a Russian born American violinist, conductor and composer, member of the Coolidge String Quartet. He was the first violinist of the New York Symphony Orchestra for six seasons since 1922.

The collection contains official correspondence of Nicolai Berezowsky with the American Society of Composers, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the League of Composers, Juillard School of Music, David Diamond, Serge Koussevitzky, Nicolai Loptanikoff, Ormandy Eugene and music publishers. There are also press clippingson Berezowsky as a violinist and composer, private correspondence with family members and friends, private notes, financial records and photographs of his daughter Alexandra.
