Polish Press Agency in Edinburgh (1900-1953) was founded in July 1945 in Scotland as an independent press agency for the defense of the interests of the Polish political emigration in Great Britain.

The collection contains official correspondence between the Executive Director Zygmunt Nagorski and British newspapers or other press agencies and also statements of the Polish Press Agency. The series of press clippings contains information on the situation of Poles in exile and the activities of the Polish Government-in-Exile. There are also information on the interior situation in Poland after 1944, the communist terror in Poland, international affairs (1945-1951), Soviet issues and the Katyn Crime.
