Frank Przetacznik (1931-2000) A lawyer and diplomat, he studied law in the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (1949-1952) and international law at the University of Warsaw (1952-53). He completed doctoral studies in international law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (1967) and in the Academy of International Law in the Hague. He worked in the Polish Mission of the United Nations..
