Reading room is open : Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 8.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.

Archival holdings: historical records of the town, local authorities, public authorities, individuals and their
estates, from XIII to XX century. Records of occupation authorities from World War II and state
administration from post-World War II period. Vital records. Records regarding the history of Jewish and Russian communities in this area.
