Former president, Polish and Slavic Center, Inc. (PSC), the founding organization of the Polish and Slavic Federal Credit Union. Currently is a II vice president of the PSC, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Polish-American Media, Inc. For over thirteen years served as a social worker at the Polish and Slavic Center and sat on many of its committees.

Born in Czestochowa, Poland, he is 66 years old. A graduate of the Cracow Philosophical and Theological Institute. He received an M.A. and A.B.D. in Sociology and Philosophy from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is also a licensed optician, and operates his own business in this profession.

Tadeusz Chabrowski is a member of the Polish and Slavic Center since 1973. He was the first full time employee of the Polish and Slavic Federal Credit Union. He also served as a member of the Polish and Slavic FCU's Credit Committee for two and half years. From the very founding of the Credit Union he has actively propagated its idea in many ways, including through articles in the polish-American Press.
Mr. Chabrowski is a Polish-American poet, who has had many volumes of poetry published in Polish and in English and German translation. He is laureate of prestigious literary awards and prizes, among them twice from the Koscielski Foundation in Switzerland.
