Charles R. B. Stowe born Seattle, Washington, raised in Connecticut, earned a BA from Vanderbilt University, in Nashville, Tennessee, an MBA from University of Dallas, a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from University of Houston Law Center, and was the first American to earn a Ph.D. from Warsaw University Faculty of Management. He is a retired captain in the United States Naval Reserve. In 1994 he served as U.S. Military Liaison Team Chief in the Ministry of Defense, Republic of Poland. He authored The Implications of Foreign Financial Institutions on Poland's Entrepreneurial Economy published by Edwin Mellen Press, contributed chapters to Knowledge Café - Intellectual Entrepreneurship and has published several journal articles on jurisprudence and entrepreneurship.
